As some of you may know, I am from a very republican background & to me this march is a disgrace, a shower of orange bastards trying to lord it over us here like they do in the occupied 6 counties, I hate all the wet liberal shite saying how they should be allowed to march, hopefully if well I'll be able to demonstrate tomorrow & I'd love to knock off a bowler hat with a flying egg ;D

i agree with kev, it's really pathetic. they're just coming down here to shove it in our faces. and to be honest, i don't see a united ireland being formed any time soon, so i agree about the protesting also. there will always be something to argue or disagree about. I wouldn't want any violence but a peaceful protest would be good.

I like the idea of the "Dublin Supports Gay Pride" signs being displayed during it.

yea but if ya want substantial impact maybe fresher ones will be a bit harder. just thinking about the best results, unless ya want them to stink, but surely they already do

Sadly I couldn't make it in, but my bro is there & once again the garda scum are beating up innocent protestors.

apparently some gardai are injured. surely the gards are trying to keep things under control, no?! and the shops are closed also. plus there were two bombs threats, as the kaisier chiefs song goes..."i predict a riot"

Nothing justifies the kind of shite that they're carrying on with right now.
Robbing cars, setting cars on fire, smashing windows, throwing rocks and other things at members of the emergency services and members of the public. It's totally indiscriminate. Most of the people these people were "protesting" against are half way home at this stage.
In what way does that help the cause of people who want a united Ireland?
Effing scumbags.
