I get some rugby and athletics magazines if I'm bored. I don't buy them on a regular basis though. Started to get the Economist 'til I realised it was a waste of money.

Only Fortean Times. I absolutely love all that crazy stuff. I used to buy FHM, Loaded etc, but got bored of them. FHM was funny stuff though.

Thanks Kevin. It only seems like yesterday when I was a young whippersnapper, carrying a piece of lino and a ghettoblaster, as we used to call them. Breakdancers we was. In dem days there was funny things called pounds, and you could get the bus to school for tenpence. And there were forty two people in the class, and teachers were allowed to beat you with sticks. There were two different sizes of bags of chips in the chipper, one called a single and one called a large. We had these mad little computers too, but graphics hadn't been invented then. We all rode around in the back of cheap cars, that didn't have seat belts in the back. Proper survivors we was. But now look at us. You'll soon be looking back, sitting at your HaL6000 home intelligence device, downloading discussion boards directly to your brain, and paying for them with US dollars. Or driving to France in your hover car. Or something. This was going somewhere but now I can't remember where..... Oh yeah, I'm thirty six, so yeah kinda old.

Dan, is Edge any good, for not too tech savvy heads? I'd considered buying it but was afraid it might be too in depth? Is it?

U don't have to be 1337-speaking uber-nerd to understand it. It's a great read. It's the only games mag that actually has columnists. Funny ones too ;D The only thing is, it's a nightmare to find in Bray, or anywhere nearby for that matter. I have to go into Dublin city centre to buy it. Does anyone know any really good newsagents near Bray?
