Who are your favourite Irish comedians?
Mine are Ardal O'Hanlon, Dara O'Briain, Tommy Tiernan, & Neil Delamare.
i just bought tickets for the Ardal O'Hanlon Vicar Street show on may 27th, so should be good.
Anyone watch the Tommy Tiernan show on RTE2 last night? He's trying to break the USA!

Oh God. Dara O'Briain falls into the Brendan What's-his-name category for me.
Ardal and Tommy are alright. Dylan Moran has his moments, too. Deirdre O'Kane is a gas woman.

Oh god I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE Brenad O'Carroll. What a knob jockey.
I liked Tommy Tiernan's older stuff, I don't find him as funny any more.

In the car on the way home from training.
Always liked Dermont Morgan, used to listen to him on the radio with my parents (before training).

Heh, Brendan O'Brien ( I think) But those two are fairly flipping awful, too. But oh yeah, Dermot Morgan was so brilliant. There was a programme on the other night with the God-awful Gerry Ryan, which showed some clips from The Live Mike - including clips of Morgan's "Father Trendy" and his crazed GAA man. Classics. I wish someone would play re-runs of Scrap Saturday. That was hil-fecking-arious. (Anyone know if it's out there somewhere? In CD-world or cyberland?)
