So it all kicks off today. i'm really loooking forward to it. Will be keeping an eye on Argentina, Trinidad & Tobago, and the Poles, and the Down Unders! Hopefully no mad stuff happens like riots or bomb threats etc.
Oh yeah, can't to see if Dunphy goes crazy or walks off "Live" on air.

Good work Engerland. Ye didn't look the best in the match but I reckon ye'll settle down for the next one and easily get through. I've decided Ivory Coast are my team, they looked well dangerous against Argentina.

The African teams have a good lash at the bigger teams. portugal didn't seem that impressive last night

I can't stand Portugal, I was very disappointed for Angola, but sure what can ya do?
England weren't too impressive, but they look certain to go through.
Liked Holland.
Some of the games have been very dull.
Lookin' forward to watching the Aussies.

So the plot thickens ...
England, Ecuador and Germany safely through.
Thought the Germans were a bit jammy, felt bad for Poland in a way, their goalie (and the crossbar) did so well for them 'til the 92nd minute.
Anway, still enjoying it all, missed todays games due to interviews and being stuck in rush hour traffic, but thank god for Newstalk!
