Hey folks, I'm just on the computer in college, listening to my favourite show;), and I registered as soon as Seán called out the address! I figured I could be the first non-admin to start a thread That's something to put on my CV... Anywho, what do you guys think -- should he be in jail or nay?

we should get onto Seán, our ruler, to give this place a bit more advertising.
lets text in Seán asking him to call out the address again

He had to go to jail for some sort of time. I think six years is fair. Ish. We can't have every grumpy farmer shooting walkers or hawkers because he felt threatened, and then not doing any bird, man. But I do have a lot of sympathy with him. If I had done it I would expect to go to prison for a while at least.

I wouldn't have sent him to jail at all but thats my opinion.

Yes, he should be in jail. If he had have left it at a shot and a few slaps, then no. It would have been self defence. But since the man went after him, reloaded and shot him again, then obviously he had every intention of killing the man

He was mad... insane. It's not surprising that he shot the chap. But then again, a large proportion of people who kill people can't be perfect in the head, and no one considers letting them off jail. Or do they....?
